REFUND POLICY

NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS

 

REFUNDS

There are NO refunds on sale items, ONLY full priced designs will be refunded. Customer will be responsible for return fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

RETURNS

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Exchanges/Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE/REFUND

Email orders@zarnea.com with your Name and order number. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

Once we have received your return and checked that your items are in their original condition we will ship out your exchange.
